I like Pokemon, but the game mechanics just seem too wacky. I have been trying to learn about object-oriented programming in my spare time. Pokemon doesn't seem like it was coded with much user-friendliness. Hidden variables aren't very inviting. I cannot create much in coding, just a simple console application. Grinding experience feels like function spamming.
