Nah, I like Tangrowth. Sometimes wish there was more detail in the vines, but it’s still pretty great.
For what it’s worth, I like most of the hated Sinnoh evos. Lickilicky is just trash and doesn’t look like a biological being.

I'll concede that it's not a great design, but it does have one key detail that I think is neat.
Slurpuff sees its surroundings with its insanely powerful sense of smell, according to the Dex. Its eyes are that milky reddish hue because they're atrophying the same way a cave-dwelling animal loses its eyes from disuse.
So if it catches your scent, you can never escape from it. It will always know exactly where you are and it will find you.
