I have a soft spot for birds, and I've loved owls ever since I was young. I also tend to prefer Grass-types, so a Grass-type owl is perfect for me.

As a kid I replayed the games a lot because I couldn't trade so no way to complete the pokedex and didn't really have any other games. During the days of GS I always picked Cyndaquil because I was a firefag back then and didn't like water types so when it got to the point where you have to go to Cianwood I wouldn't have anything that could use surf because I didn't bother with furret either. I would do the in-game trade for a Krabby but one day I forgot where the fisherman was and after backtracking for hours I got pissed and started over, picking Totodile. I don't know why but that playthrough made Feraligatr grow on me so much it became my favorite pokemon.

My first ever videogame was Pokémon Sapphire, and I choose this little guy. Her name was Cyna (Cyan with the last two letters swapped, kid me wasn't very creative) and I remember having all contest ribbons on her.
My Sapphire game's save data has been woped a long time ago and with it was Cyna, but I'll never forget her.

I want to be friends with a big scary anchor :) I think it's cute. I like the idea of bonding with something that ideally cannot be bonded with, or is cold, aloof, or lonely in nature. I also really like ghost types and nautical things. I wish I could live on a boat, out far away in the sea, and chill with my Ghost/Grass BFF.
I've never had a favorite Pokémon up until I saw and used Dhelmise in USUM. I played with it in Refresh a lot. I wish it had more merch.
