Okay, so on top of all this

But Breloom has a unique face, the neck frills, huge claws on the ends of its legs, and similar claws on its tiny arms that aren't like a kangaroo's arms at all, more like a T-Rex's really.
Is Breloom a Mushroom Kangaroo? Yeah, but it brings a lot more to the table visually speaking than a straight up Mushroom+Kangaroo hybrid would imply.
Also the Luffy arms. I don't think Mushrooms or Kangaroos generally have Luffy arms.
