Not that guy but I'd say give defend order standard priority if used the turn after using attack order. Give heal order priority if used after defend order. And give attack order priority if used after heal order. No other bonuses.

I know it's pretty much confirmed Vespiquen WON'T have a Galar form, but it's too bad since it could have saved it:

You're idiot. Vespiquen is a special attacker, not physical. Vespiquen is a meant to withstand hits, not deal damage. Vespiquen doesn't care about priority because she has no speed.
Increase HP, Def, SpDef. Keep the other stats the same. Give her an ability to negate Rocks and she'll be viable.

With this ability all incoming damage is reduced by 30-50% but Atk and Sp. Atk are reduced one stage whenever she is hit. This reflects the idea of drone bees working to sacrifice themselves to protect the queen when the hive is in danger, but by sacrificing them hence she has lost a portion of her offensive force .
