This is the best looking game on the Nintendo Switch. You can't blame Gamefreak for adding trees with a low-res texture– a game the scope of Pokemon will have to make some graphical sacrifices and space-saving measurements. You should have expected that the moment it was announced. And animation and graphics isn't what you play Pokemon for.
GF tries their absolute best to deliver a perfect game, I'm sure it's even the best game on the Switch. To maintain such a high standard of quality, the removal of a few Pokemon in the dex and other decisions was necessary. It's all for the greater good and you know it, vp.
