You can go a few ways. Some RPGs use the 'Ice is so cold it snuffs fire out' route, what you call making sense. Pokemon plays it straight with fire melting ice away.

The wellbeing of an ice type is dependent on remaining ice/icy. Or, they're some sort of animal that relies on living in cold weather. Either way, they're extremely sensitive to heat.
You're thinking way too literally, like type effectiveness is based on two examples of the element physically playing out. Fire types aren't just walking balls of fire- a fire type isn't hurt if fire that it shoots gets put out.
There are waaaay better questions to ask in terms of type effectiveness than this.

ok but if the ice is melted at that point it's just a puddle and isn't putting out the fire unless you're actively dipping the fire into it

I understand that ice is weak to fire, but i have a problem with it being weak to fighting, i know that ice is breakable by strong punches, but creatures like lapras, walrein, alolan vulpix, weavile, aurorus too? That isnt 'logic' they arent made from ice, that is the reason why i think that we need a snow type, some type to separate these pokemon, like rock and ground.

Fire type physical attacks should do recoil damage when attacking ice types. It's the only way.
