NPCs have alot more unique animations and behaviours, not to mention higher variety of variations with diff clothes, hairstyles and colors.
Character models in SwoShi look so much better to the point where even all NPCs have fully modeled and rigged faces instead of having texture-swaps painted on faces.
All assets in SwoShi have superior geometry to the ones in SunMoon. The fucking roof of that Pokemon center is more detailed than the entire house in the SM screenshot.
Alot more objects are rendered on screen at the same time. We have seen pics of the MC arriving in the first town and there's alot more stuff in the world than any SM location had on-screen.
The geography of the ground in varios locations we have seen is better and alot less flat than SM too, along with way better loading time when going into that train station than the loading times we had in SM.
All those CITRA screenshots show is how fucking weak the 3DS was, but guess what? Sword Shield will also look much better on Switch Emulators, since we already have footage of BREATH OF THE WILD looking signifcantly better on emulators.
