Where in my post did I say I wanted mismatched scaling?
I said I liked trainers being in the battles. Scaling was shit in gen 7 because of console limitations, but it was most not noticeble until Episode Rainbow Rocket where enemies used legendary Pokemon, hence why all the screenshots bitching about it come from that.
LGPE did it great.
Sword and Shield does it much better than the 3ds games, not that /vp/ would ever give game freak a shred of credit where it is due.
On top of this, I think
>>39794983 and
>>39795130 are correct, Pokémon sizes seem to be accurate in 90% of cases. Only in the small cases where a Pokémon is larger than average, will they be shrunk. The problem is less Pokémon being small, and more people not realizing how fucking small Pokémon are. Tyranitar are barely 1ft bigger than the game appears to be showing, for some reason people are assuming it should be two or three times bigger.
You also have to account that, unlike the 3ds games, the switch can handle larger Pokemon, as seen in the Dynamax forms and LGPE. Which means the decision so slightly reduce the sizes of the largest Pokemon is intentional, likely to distinguish the differences between regular and dynamax forms.
Sometimes /vp/ needs to stop being retarded and swallow some bitter pills, instead of raving about shit they dont understand as an excuse to bitch about game freak every day,
