The way it functions is different in every picture. On the big one it covers the nose, on the one on the top right it's above the nose, on the bottom middle it is part of the upper mouth and on the sketch it's completely the whole mouth part.
Is it pollen, and the more pollen it eats the bigger the beard becomes?
