May I propose a competitive format, where pokemon forced to have a stat total below some arbitrary number? What I mean by this is not a pokemon's BST, but their actual stat total after EVs, IVs and natures are applied. It would allow shitmons like Farfetch'd to have similar power to legendaries, since the legendaries would have to be at a level far lower than Farfetch'd to not exceed this arbitrary stat total for the format. Thoughts?
