Dullest idea for a region since Kalos. Why would you not choose somewhere like Scandinavia, Canada, Southwestern USA, Spain, Italy, Greece, China, South east Asia. Anywhere but England. It's just so boring. England lacks colour and character. It's as run of the mill as you can get. It doesn't gel well with Pokemon imo.
