The plot concerns tradition vs modernisation, Rose, Oleana and Bede all want to modernise/industrialise (shown by the hexagon's on their clothes representing melmetal, origninally a galarian pokemon along with meltan) and they plan to summon eternatus to destroy zacian and zamazenta so they can go about their plans uninterrupted.
