The story is in the other thread. But basically, I went to D23 with a couple guys. One of them was professional acquaintances with somebody who works at NoA. NoA Guy was also with a group of people for D23. Our two friend groups were staying at the same hotel and hung out together in the lounge a couple nights during the convention.
NoA Guy is really enthusiastic about his job and really wanted to talk about his work, especially in response to other industry people (who mostly worked in television, my industry). The first night, he gave a bunch of insights about Pokémon. Two nights later, he was really high, and he went on for about a half hour about some other stuff. I’m not going to repeat anything from the first thread for space.
