people who still watch the anime like to pretend the original series hasn't aged well when every kid i've talked to that likes pokemon has preferred the original series over anything else. seems to me the only people that think like this are the people that missed out on the magic of the first 2 gens and are overcompensating. thats the difference between soul and no soul.
