I don't have any numbers to show you, but Alolamons have the highest rate of signature abilities in any gen. I took a random sample near the end of the pokedex, and of these, only the Jangmo-o line, Turtonator, and Togedemaru lack signature abilities, who all get signature moves to compensate. An effort was made to differentiate Alolamons from past mons. It means an Alolamon always has a niche, something that makes them unique.
As for designs and their beauty, it's all subjective.
