Why don't the games do this anymore? Like, it was awesome finding a Pokemon that was 10+ above you, and even more awesome capturing it.
I hope the wild area in SwSh can imitate this, but I doubt they will. I wouldn't be surprised if they scale to your level up to only 5 levels above your highest or whatever.
