This very well could have just been a lucky guess on Alcremie, or hell even seeing some legit info about it and making up the rest.
Point is, we have no way of actually knowing until we get more info to fully confirm or deconfirm it.
Same shit happened with Affleck. When Nessa and Dynamaxing got shown, it became a lot more likely, but there were still people unsure cause Giga sounded so dumb. But then Gigantamaxing got confirmed and it became clear Affleck was 100%.
