Pokemon Sword and Shield were announced in February of this year, 2019.
Here we are, nearly 9 months since then, and only about 3 until the game's release. A lot about the game has changed since we first learned about it. New Pokemon were announced, new mechanics were discussed. All the dexit outrage.
But I want you to think about where you were when you watched the announcement trailer. Now look at where you are. Has much changed since then? Or are you still chugging along in your typical routines? Many things can happen in 9 months. Huge life-changing events, personalities change.
I don't know what the point of this thread is. But sometimes I think back to all the shitposting and I have to give a little smile. I'm going to be going through some tough times soon, but I know in 3 months when the game comes out I'll look back and think about how much as changed in what has seemed like so little time.
