Same here, but I also hate not being able to change the names of Pokémon traded, I mean, almost no one in the world names their Pokémon, and when I receive them by trade, they come with their name by default. Why not let me name them? There isn't even a special bond with the previous trainer because he didn't even name them.

the fact that you cant nickname pokemon that are traded in general. Face it, unless you trade to evolve, trades are generally one way. Even worse is when you can't nickname a mon ported up from a 15 year old game. I shouldn't have to cheat to change a nickname.

Names are not just an emotional attachment they give meaning and doesn't make them a tool like a hammer.
