I would guess that even though cryogonal is a snowflake, it's design is also abstract enough for people to not mind it. It's not literally a cartoon snowflake with eyes like the vanillite line.

In those two cases I pretty much agree, but there ain't anything wrong with a good objectmon. I like the idea that humans invented ice-cream based on Vanilluxe, it's just a shame that the design is bad.

Its offensive movepool is bad, but it's got the tools for a defensive/support role in lower tiers.
Amazing Sdef, great speed, Rapid Spin/Defog, Reecover, and usable Satk.
It has such a unique stat spread which is partly why I like it so much.

I get the hate for Garbodor and Vanilluxe's (and Klinklang's) designs. What I don't get is how people can dislike those designs but not Cryogonal and Ferrothorn's.

There's ugly (Ferrothorn and Cryogonal)
And then there's fucking insulting (Garbodor, Vanillux, and Klinklang). All of which take up more than one spot because of their prevos.
They'e lazy, ugly, and uncreative. Its an insult for GF to make such low effort vomit and expect us to lap it up unquestionably.
