If you buy 10 pokeballs you only spend 1,000 on them instead of 2,000, and you get a premier ball. Leave and reenter. Sell your ten pokeballs for half their price, which is 1,000, and you still have a free premier ball. Repeat.

Everything I caught in this game were in premier balls, its worth it just for that.
