Pic unrelated OP.
With +40 SpA, Electrode would just be a better Jolteon that also learns Taunt to perform as potent anti-lead. At least UU material.

Personally, I like the route of buffing up Electrode's defenses so it can play fast support mon better instead. And give it Rapid Spin, Electroweb, Hypnosis, Electric Terrain and Reflect.

And if it's still not good, change its abilities to Prankster, Drizzle and Electric Surge.
