You can transfer all Pokemon to Bank currently.
All Pokemon will be transferrable from Bank to Home.
Home will effectively be the replacement for Bank moving forwards. Starting with Sword and Shield, only Pokemon in the games Regional Dex can be transferred from Bank/Home to that game. It's most likely the case that inevitably any given Pokemon will be transferable to some games but not all.
So you can carry all of those forward and potentially put them in future games, but you can't put all of them in Sword and Shield specifically.
