The only reason its not bad is because its originally from gen1. They just made it worse by slapping on that unnatural looking smoke stack/top hat and smoke beard/brows.

Jynx was a neat idea, it's based on a yokai and a Japanese style trend, where's most of the gen 8 Pokemon are just animals with bright colours on them.
