It's actually my favorite Gen 2 Pokemon.

Something about it being able to use Hypnosis and other shit really sums up why I love normal types.

His design is infinitely better than Turner shit like an ice cream cone, trash bags, or a bolt on a silver ditto. If he is so "useless" because you only care about the meta (JFL) boosting his stats or giving him an evolution/mega evolution would be a far better solution than removing him.

Besides, he is a great Pokemon to encounter early in game. Saying he needs to be removed is like saying Dragon Quest should remove the weak blue slimes.

I like all Pokemon, but Stantler has always been a weird one for me. I constantly forget this thing exists, and when I do, I question if it's even a Pokemon in the first place.

Every Pokemon has its fans. There's going to be at least a small outcry of removing Stantler from the series.

I was always a fan of Stantler. I love its simplistic design and the focus on the antlers. In game they're good mix attackers with speed to back it up. Nowhere near good enough for meta but is very reliable playing through GSC and HGSS.

I wish he was avaiable to use in other games outside of Johto.
