With Lucarios, lots of people like the paws. The size difference can be another aspect for people like(Average doggo is 3'11) and they have those nice big hips too. Some people like the ears, the colors, whatever.
Then there are people (like me) who would also want to be a doggo if given the choice. It's different than simply feeling the attraction, but not massively. The same things apply.
