Blastoise sucks ass compared to the other two. Blastoise isn't even in the top 10 water pokemon of gen 1. I agree Feraligatr and Swampert are awesome.

Zard doesnt get tpunch in gen1
Feraligatr doesnt get ice fang though it does get ice punch in gen 2 which is a TM
Blaziken doesnt get brave bird in gen 3 and sky uppercut isnt super effective on swampert
Bounce is a tutor move for greninja and goes past your level up moves rule.
Now this is just garbage, just rely on 25% rng.

And beyond this, what even is this garbage criteria anyways, if the pokemon are in one on one matches who would win only using level up moves.
