I know a guy who has a different fave everytime we talk and they are always snowflake mons, he doesn't actually like them, he just wants to stand out. Whereas my best friend has always had gyradous as his fave for as long as I've known him. If you genuinely like a pokemon then nothing else should matter, including the opinions of others.
