>>39858629Linoone isn't the best, but as long as nothing takes its BellyDrum/ExtremeSpeed/Gluttony niche it'll never be outright outclassed and irrelevant. Though, more important to me than that is design. The Linoone line is one of the few in Pokemon where I think adding an additional stage is a complete detriment that goes against what the line is going for.
