Nope. 5 bucks, pay up bootlicker. It would be nice if new games included codes for 1 month trials for bank, that way it would encourage people to buy new, and let people transfer without paying for unneeded storage

In a way yes

You can do the entire process with roms.
Transfer your Gen 3 Pokemon to Gen 4 using DeSmuMe's "Slot 2 function" and use the Gen 3 rom with it.
Transfer it with Pal Park.
If you already own a copy of a Gen 4 game use Checkpoint on a softmodded 3DS and inject the emulators save file with that.
Transfer the Pokemon to a Gen 5 game like normal. This can be a real cart or a flashcart
(I'm not sure if it messes up the Pokemon's code since you are essentially injecting a Gen 5.pkm file to a Gen 6/7 save file)
Make a backup of your Gen 5 save and make copies of the Pokemon you want to transfer into .pkm files
Make a backup of your Gen 6/7 save and inject the Pokemon to those games

After that you pretty much transfered your Pokemon without spending a single penny.
