All nonliving things, including dead bodies, speed up exponentially while living things move at normal speed. Pucci being the only exception, being basically immortal while still being able to move fast.
Everything in the universe accelerates until the death of the universe, followed by another big bang, and the entire past playing out until the present is finally reached.
People can only be affected by the universal reset if they die in the process, either by getting killed by Pucci or through an accident caused by everything going really fast.
