The only name Game Freak has ever used in an actual name is Green, to match Red and Blue.
This is a fact.
If using names that only appear as placeholders in the data was the standard, Ethan would be called "Heart", and "Red" would be Satoshi or better yet, matching Green in the last game where he was playable, he would be "Fire".
This is also a fact.
Bulbapedia, and you other autists, refusing to use the name that is actually in the games, is absurd. No other characters, even when explicitly redesigned via the multiverse like Archie and Courtney, had their names changed.
