Case in point: earlier in the episode, Plumeria was the only one in Guzma's gang to immediately see through his false bravado, but she stuck with him no matter what because she sees that Guzma can give the disadvantaged a place to call home. So Guzma has the strength of being able to empathize with and rally the failures, because he too is one but still wants to be great. Plumeria calls for Guzma to be more assertive and to not run away anymore.
