Lil donphan is already amazing in RU but i do think he needs reliable recovery, i fucking love how Donphan can just take a huge smack and still stand in the face of humongous physical attackers in the tier (especially when M-Absol was re tested)
Alternatively, give the guy more SpDef bulk
