Worst Mythical.
What's the point of this thing? They shoehorned this thing in for no reason other than additional marketing for a movie. You get it through a Mystery Gift, and that's that. No explanation and no special event leading to a climactic battle where you catch it.
What's the lore behind it? What's it supposed to represent aside from having an excuse to make a Fire/Water Steam Pokemon? The movie explained jackshit. There was nothing plot relevant about the fact it's Steam-oriented. You could have swapped out its role in the movie with any other Pokemon like Zeraora.
Why can't we have things like Birth Island, Seabreak Path, or Liberty Garden again? Just another sign of GF cutting corners now that they realize they can print money with little to no effort.
