I agree. But when Masuda justified the cull with the excuse that they "wanted to make it more beautiful", graphics became a stick to beat Game Freak over the head with. If they actually meant that, then the game would have to be beautiful. Instead it looks like shit, and hundreds of pokemon are being culled anyway.
