Fucking no. A chunk of fucking good/important moves have shaky accuracy in the current system now. Toying with fucking accuracy and evasion like actual stats will make shit too complicated. Keep the system like it is now, where everything is equal and as a result the reliability of landing a hit isn't based on a poke's base evasion stat or your accuracy stat.
