A lazy design trying to reengineer Lucario. Zoroark was the same kind of cynical cashgrab but at least it seemed to have some care put into it. Zeraora was just shat out and immediately forgotten.
Gamefreak has long been guilty of an excessive spamming of Mythical event Pokemon, and Zeraora is the worst of them.
