I REALLY want to put Steelix into my team but the dude doesn't do shit outside of competitive. I want Ledian too but her stats are just complete garbage.

I've used volcarona in every gen 5 playthrough. In bw2 you can catch in in the ruins at level 35. It's great in game for much the same reasons it's creat in competitive, and without the drawbacks of stealth rock and shit. Give it a try anon, you'll like it.

My bad on EB, but in USUM you can tutor it all of its moves once you reach the move relearner. And Volcarona is actually really great running its own Sunny Day set

even in usum it's a 1% encounter rate in a small optional cave that then has to be leveled up to higher than the e4's mons before it evolves
i guess using it for the league and nothing else technically counts though

Golisopod is the pokemon that made me truly realize how bad bug and water can be offensively.

There's a shit ton of bulky water pokemon that absolutely ruin offensive water types.
