Besides that it's as varied as any other stew, so there are meat and vegetarian options that can be made with nuts, fruit, root vegetables etc, and all these can also be mixed with meat.

Curry is one of the only dishes I can see Tofu working really well in, actually. Most of the flavour comes from sauce and seasoning anyway, you could throw rocks in instead of meat and it'd still be good.

Iirc a plant-based diet is more energy efficient, but our body just happens to burn through a lot of vegan food choices much more quickly than meat and other products.
The issue is with fucking up your diet and not getting enough nutrients and vitamins that plantlife don't supply. Omnivores need meat.

If you were right, then herbivores would have become extinct/obsolete and every animal would be a carnivore, which wouldn't work for obvious reasons. The truth is that every diet has its advantages and disadvantages. Predators have to waste a los of energy hunting down prey. A failed hunt is very costly.

HOWEVER, humans evolved as omnivores and I think that's what we should probably stick to.
