that said, gen 3 wasn't perfect. the "too much water" meme is very real and spamming repels is about the only thing you can do to improve it. magma and aqua are probably the weakest teams in the series (outside of whatever shit excuse we get in swsh i'll bet). and this may just be me bitching, but the objectives at the beginning make you feel like an errand boy more than other series entries.
all that aside, rse was still a solid gen. not 10/10, but solid.
