I thought it fit because Rowlet and Kongu are both connected to birds and plants (Kongu rides birds and lives in a jungle, and Rowlet is a Grass-type bird); Kongu's Inika form has a crossbow, similar to how Decidueye uses a bow; and Kongu "evolves" into two other forms just like Rowlet does.
Some of my other Pokemon were Takanava the Kommo-o, Roodaka the Salazzle, Avohkah the Vikavolt, and Kopaka the Alolan Sandslash. It was fun coming up with those names.
