>>39961559There were definitely people mad at gen 7 because it was a fucking slog of a game, but every 1 person that said "Hey we want all Pokemon" was met with 100 people saying "dOnT bE eNtItIlEd" which is autistic, if anything this reinforced the behavior. It shows there's a suitable market that will literally consume anything, have no standards for which they should be treated as consumers, and will buy anything, and that if Gamefreak does something controversial like not including half the fucking dex in a fucking POKEMON game, it'll blow over in a couple months.
