But not really. Cramorant's feathers all end at the same height instead of what is like in your picture.
It may be a small detail but it makes it look really cartoony and fake.

No, I actually noticed that recently myself, but as I was scrolling through an archived thread at the time assumed it was common knowledge at this stage. Nice wee design touch I thought.

I liked this guy from when I first saw him, he doesn't look as much like a design made to sell toys like everything else from shsw and he's goofy. Game's still shit though.
