>>39968691In what extent gay culture means polyamory, drugs and shit, we're not in the 80's no more. I mean, I agree with you about heteronormativity, it's a real problem, even part of gay community embrace that as a way to be accepted, being almost homophobic for some of them. To me, gay culture means that when you are a teen and discover yourself, you are automatically ejected from the supposed "straight credibility game". Thereby, you can pick on what kind of guy you want to be, you don't face society pressure to endorse manly attribute, that doesn't necessary mean you are entitled to femininity, unprotected sex or outcast behaviour. Some straight guys are gayer than gay, and yet, they face this "straight mask" pressure. Of course, to have the freedom of choice can be complicated, and as a result, many gays has chosen personal development, career and wealth as a way of independency, exactly what liberal agenda are capitalizing on these days. Indeed, accepted homosexuality is Instagram model of wealth and political correctness nowadays. People that doesn't benefit this system will fire back on hating visible gays as the only model they see. Country that doesn't benefit this system will also target gays as a symbol of the decay of developed country, even though it wasn't an eluded matter in the past. A full acceptance can happen if both side accept they aren't that different and can improve each other, by not falling under social labels.
