I also must say that at the time, you got fucking 156 new pokemon, out of which you0ve never used any, giving you plenty of options for a new playthrough. I've played through gen 5 3 times and there's still mons i've yet to use but plan on doing so.
>almost every new mon is a copy of kantoooooo monThey're not copies, they're based on similar things as pokemon throughout the first 4 gens, but with a creative twist. Sygiliph is similar to xatu, but unique enough to be its own pokemon. I prefer most of gen 5 mons to kanto mons anyways
