Normal purists who see all other types as dangerous and think only normal should be used. They are trying to destroy the elemental plates of Arceus and re-synchronize him to delete all non-normal types from existence. Only the leader and admins have Drampa, Girafarig and Bewear as aces so they quietly attempt to save draco, mind and fist plates for their partners, but then Necrozma and Buzzswole appear and drag the admins to Buzzswole's dimension where they're kept alive and beaten up, disfigured, and winded forever.

A megacorporation whose products are lapped up by the general populace. Their goods would be sold in game at a greater price than their counterparts. (Think apple, e.g you can purchase i-balls from marts in game but they are no better than a regular pokeball, you get the picture.) There'd be a trainer class which is a rabid fan of the company, and they'd have presence throughout the region, could sponsor gyms etc etc. Their most recent venture would be manmade pokemon that you could get by trading in your own pokemon, or something like that. I don't really have an idea for what their goal is but I feel like the premise is pretty good, and they wouldn't be overbearing in the story, they'd be more like team rocket and less like the "capture a god" teams.

Sees Pokemon as a danger to the dominance of humans so they intend to create a world where humans are the ones with powers while all Pokemon are effectively just regular animals. They intend to do this by releasing a virus world wide that will take away the abilties of all Pokemon. The Pokemon they steal are strong Pokemon that they will extract the powers from and grant to their member.

I feel like we haven't had an evil team take advantage of their pokemon to attack people. Like think about having to stop grunts after they've infiltrated a building by using Jigglypuff to put the workers to sleep, or stopping them from destroying a bridge using Electrode, or stopping them from using Probopass to steal money from a bank, or freeing trainers they've brainwashed with Malamar, or just making them stop antagonizing people with their Hydreigon or Tyranitar.

Using newfound alt-universe technology established in SM, will use a device to send all Pokemon into another world where they can be free.

Some members will be from Neo Team Plasma, but most of them will be entirely new folks. Ghetsis is not involved and the team intends to make BW1 Plasma's goal come to light in a new way.

I like this, though I can't think of what their end goal would be either. We've had some teams vaguely come close to this idea but not enough that it would feel like a reused plot. The "twist" would probably be some kind of "onions green is people" sort of thing if this was in an actual game.

A large group of naturists, who are angry at humanity for stealing from Mother Earth, destroying our planet with our building of large cities and the such.
Their goal is to catch as many Shaymin as possible, to overcharge a special machine which overgrows fauna everywhere. They manage to almost destroy a city this way before being stopped, the city being left in a foresty-look for the reminder of the game
