Greninja was a late addition and I forgot about Porygon. I replaced it right after with a Volcarona.

Ditch Porygon-Z and get something that can stop Ash-Greninja from evolving turn 1 to start. I also think that you'd benefit from a different Greninja set since your team doesn't particularly benefit from Toxic Spikes (replace with regular Spikes?) or from luring Toxapex, though I guess Z-Dig hits Magearna for Lele.

Your only defensive backbone is Lando + Zapdos. That is not a core by any stretch of the imagination. You need more defense on this team and I'd highly recommend you add at least one Steel. You get absolutely btfod by Fairies. Z-Dig Greninja is pointless because it's used to lure Toxapex, which shouldn't be a problem for a Psychic Spam team.

Nothing too fancy, figured Rockium Chomp supported Lele nicely and added a standard VoltTurn core so you can get Gallade in safely.
