Mesprit is yelling "Wawau!" in the third panel so I guess that's her suddenly realizing Shinx thinks she's hot. Riolu in the fourth panel is yelling something that ends in "erawanai" which I don't know what it means but I've heard it before.
Literally first year Japanese student here, I'm doing my best. I could copy it by hand into a translating app if I really wanted to.
